I baked this muffins last sunday cause I was really bored ^^, and also because I saw some mouth-watering muffins but it costs 2.50€ each (large size), since i’m broke now, so I’ll just settle with homebaked version then ^^.

Muffin are quite simple to make. But are also easy to make mistake. I found a great post here it explained in detail how to make good muffin. Muffins are not cupcakes,  good muffins are define by it’s dome ^^,  the high of the dome depends on the ingredients, some recipe will not rise as high as others. Just remember it’s not that you don’t need mixer when making muffins, you are NOT allow to use it ^^.

I don't have any fancy paper muffin cups, so I just wrapped some ribbon around it for sake of presentation ^^.

When I bought those chocolate last time for Eid Aux 08, the cashier gave me a strange look.  Since the rest of dessert’s ingredient were already bought by my team members, no other items on that conveyor belt at that time indicate that I’m not going to eat all that 3300g by myself, not that I mind of course ^^.
